Most appraisers are not trained in solar valuation. They see solar as:

• ✗ A unique feature they don't understand
• ✗ A liability (renters might not want it)
• ✗ A temporary installation (not permanent)
• ✗ Worth $0 because they can't find comparable sales

RESULT: Appraisers assign ZERO value to systems worth $15,000-$40,000+
